HOLINESS

Some reject the message of holiness, because they think that holiness is salvation by works.

That is not the case; holiness is actually the fruit of salvation. Why is holiness needed? Because without it no man shall see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14)

Before there was law Jacob commanded his house to cleanse themselves from their idols, and impurities (Genesis 12:1)

During the Mosaic Law God insisted on his people being holy (Exodus 19:6)

After the law Paul has urged us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God which indeed is a very reasonable service. (Romans 12:1)

Some religions ask great sacrifices, and put heavy burdens on their followers.

But our God is not a cruel taskmaster.  If holiness was unattainable, he would not have asked it of us. Moreover he has given us his Holy Spirit to help us obtain it.

Holy means separated and cleansed from filthiness of the flesh and spirit in order to serve God, It is not self-righteousness.

Holiness is not a burden, but a privilege given to a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people. (I Peter 2:9)

Holiness was before the law
(Genesis 7:1)

Holiness was during the law
(Leviticus 11:44)

Holiness was after the law
(II Timothy 2:19)

Let us continue in holiness
(Revelation 22:11)

Prayer Requests

Due to the amount of prayers requested, it is not possible for us to pray individually for every prayer request, and it would be dishonest to imply that we do. So instead we will add your prayer request to our list, which we will take before The Lord God Almighty.

Yes, I wish for you to include me in your prayer list
