GAME ROOM

Some churches used to have a game room where the youth could put board games and play checkers, chess, backgammon, battleship and everything in between, some may still do that. Games are a way to get the young people coming to church. They may come to play games but eventually they can be drawn into church activities and then into hearing the gospel and have the seed of the gospel in them.

I still remember a church that used to show movies and give us popcorn during the summer. Sometime they even showed bible cartoons. Cartoons are fun at any age, but those cartoons can have a message that remains long after the popcorn has gone stale.
